CPR AED TRAINING

CPR Level A or C - Classroom Course

$45 + GST 

Includes either Adult Only (Level A) or Infant, Child & Adult (Level C) skills, depending on level required. Courses on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking. All include training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Courses offer training suitable for workplace or general interest. Includes the latest CPR guidelines. 3 year certification.

Administrative Staff, Personal Trainers, Acupuncturists, City Employees, Lifeguards / Pool Attendants

CPR/AED - Blended Learning Course

$45 + GST 

Online CPR level A or C component for Blended Learning. Email with login instructions will be sent by the CRC. Blended Learning consists of a portion of the course done online at your own leisure, and an in-class portion. The time spent in class is reduced to 3 hours (compared to 5 hours when done entirely in class). CPR A covers Adult only CPR techniques. CPR C covers Adult, Child & Infant CPR techniques. Same certification earned as the full in-class option. 3 year certification.

BLS/AED - Classroom Course

$75 + GST (recertification required yearly)

Designed to build participant confidence in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills and provide the important steps to perform a rapid assessment, perform Basic Life Support (BLS) skills, and perform rapid defibrillation. Airway Management and Oxygen Therapy can also be added as additional certifications to this course. 1 year certification.


Audience

In-facility care providers, including nursing staff, care aides, medical and dental professionals. Pre-hospital care providers, which may include professionals in a fire service, rescue team, sports-medicine, lifeguards and ski patrol.
